We are unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with our product, each product purchase on beeleys.com is protected by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If our product does not meet your expectations, we will refund the purchase price within 15 days of delivery. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return statement, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
